Okay, I’m going to do it! I’ve been sporadically practicing yoga “when I have time” and if you’re like me – you understand! There are far too many well maybe moments like well maybe I should work on that rewrite for my manager or well maybe I should take the dog out and that’s enough of a walk. Or well maybe I’ll have time in the afternoon after I answer 35 emails. Well maybe maybe maybe.
Well Kia Miller has inspired me to turn maybe into May-Me! Yes, I may! I may put myself first and that means my body and right now that means yoga. Starting today I’m spending 40 days with Kia Miller.
This is Day 1.
I have to admit she wore me out. I was panting. I was sweating. I had to just lay there during part of it while her soothing voice kept telling me which way to move and breath. But it was Day 1. I’ll do 39 more and see if I can get into the habit!
I have both of her DVDs so I’ll cycle through all of her exercises as each day passes.
I thought I’d share what I’m doing with you so you can hopefully do the same and also keep me on target. Nothing like having others cheering your on or asking how it’s going about halfway through when you’re ready to hit a wall.
