I first began acting at 8 when I was a mime at the local mall. Yes, I was! I went on to do some community theater and in my teens played Romeo in Romeo and Juliet and the Mad Hatter in Alice in Wonderland. I then went into the more lucrative career of modeling and focused on my writing during my down time while all the other models were doing drugs and wasting time with playboys. What? Yes, it’s true.  I luckily spent most of my time writing.

I landed the lead role of Meadow Adare in Gavin O’Connor’s first film, Comfortably Numb and began my professional aka paid acting career. I moved to Los Angeles in 1996 and booked a pilot every year I auditioned. I was happy to work in TNT’s BIG TIME, Fox’s ELIE’S THEORY, and the TV version of SWINGERS called HOLLYWOOD TALES.

I’ve appeared in guest star roles in BECKER, CHICAGO HOPE, PACIFIC BLUE and SILK STALKINGS. I’m proud to have worked with Richard Benjamin when I did my first comedy role for the screen in THE SHRINK IS IN outside of a guest star on HBO’s comedy show HARDCORE TV.

I was also in AIR GUITAR NATION! As a COMEDIAN I was a regular on the Free Speech Show and Comedy Nation. I have also appeared at the Comedy Store.

When I booked the role as SAFE SIDE SUPERCHICK in the Safe Side Video Series, I was beside myself. I not only got to help keep kids safe, I was elated to do physical comedy, all my own stunts, and play all the various characters I got to play in the video series.  They are hilarious.  Share them with your kids, you’ll thank me!

Videos and Acting Reels

I played the lead in the film Beautiful Dreamer (aka Daysleeper). The movie is about a young girl who has narcolepsy and when she falls asleep she sees children who are being abused and finds clues about how to save them. I played her mother who does not believe her until the end of the film when she realizes that her daughter has a beautiful gift. Director Daniel Dimarco and producer Gaalan Engen talk about how it was to work with little ole me in the below video:
