The group the Army of Angels started a grassroots campaign to get the word out about Angela’s first book. The campaign borrows the message of the book and urges survivors to find joy instead of getting caught in repeated cycles of trauma and abuse. Angela is working on a workbook for survivors as well as another novel.

This is a Joy Campaign! It is like a political campaign but we are not running for office, we are running for Joy! The goal is to get Finding Angela Shelton out into the world in a massive way, creating a dramatic shift in recovery, healing and awareness in society – thereby propelling people into leading joyful lives and breaking the cycle of trauma! It starts with Angela Shelton’s powerful book (and movie) and it continues with us.
