Dammit. I just read all about Oprah and the sexual and physical abuse allegations in her school in Africa. Dammit. It just goes to show you that it can happen right in front of your face and by those you thought that you could trust. This again highlights that the abuse happens mainly from those that you know, not the strangers. It is not the stranger danger that we need to worry about. We need to all open our eyes to those in positions of power who we would not ever suspect. Hmmm… who does that sound like? It wouldn’t be the those in office, that we trusted? No! Come on, that’s crazy…

My Internet connection is a bit slow here so I’ll upload something later if I can. I’m on my way to meet Lorena Ros. She’s so awesome!

I put a list of support groups down on the lower right side for those who asked. I’ll add to them as I find more. The ones up there are from people I know about like the Lamp Lighters. The 12 steps links are ones that I do not personally know so select a group as you would a therapist – carefully. And trust your gut and know that all of your healing comes down to what you’re saying to yourself inside your head.

And Dear Jane – I got your email. That was a very clever way to hide and I almost didn’t open it but my gut told me to and there you were. It is amazing what you have to do (so many of you) to hide from your own family. And yes, I’ll put more healing info up here as I gather it. I’ll make you laugh too. Just wait for more puppets! I’ll give history lessons.
