I write this blog and edit it myself. Sometimes I will have guest bloggers like pundit Wendy Murphy. Sometimes people have sent me free food or products after I’ve gone on and on about how much I love them, like the Instead Softcup sent me a huge box of Softcups and invited me on their press tour to China after they saw how much I loved their product. Sometimes I am paid to share a link and I do so only if I think the site or product is awesome or may be valuable to you. When it is a paid link I put it in red. And again, I only allow paid links for things I support or think are cool or helpful to you.
I only rave about and review products I genuinely love and/or use myself or would helpful or beneficial to you. When I write about any books, movies or products, I usually post Amazon Affiliate Links (you should have them on your site too) I get a few cents if you purchase the products I recommend. Wahoo! If I’m promoting something that means I use it myself and I love it, that does not mean I was paid (although I’d love for that to happen!). I also have my own Amazon store set up with my favorite picks that I get the same cents on the dollar if you choose to buy something. The most I’ve ever made on the affilate links is a whopping 14 bucks, but I have faith that the more you trust me that I really do love the products I talk about that I can also make a few more cents.
The various other products like the documentary, memoir, and workbook are my own. When I make new products, I post them along the sidebar. The other ads are up there like Gro-Organic because I love their product and wrote about them a lot. They saw that and gave me a free garden planner which is the coolest thing ever!
This blog is my personal blog about my life, work, thoughts and beliefs. If you’ve found me via my documentary, I started The Survivor Manual to have a place for survivors of abuse along with their supporters to find and share healing resources to move past pain and into leading joyful lives.
I care about many other issues along with child abuse and write about them here where I share my personal journey as a human living on this Earth.
