My first memoir, Finding Angela Shelton, is now download-able. The audio version is on the way. I say first memoir because
there’s a lot more to my life than my childhood or my work in the trauma and recovery field. In other words, you ain’t seen nothing yet.
Ellen Bass, author of Courage to Heal, says, Though she takes on serious issues, Angela Shelton is joyous, irreverent, funny, and feisty.
The message of the book to all call to action for all survivors to find joy instead of getting caught in repeated cycles of trauma and abuse. It points out that healing is an act of revolution. I share the dreams I had daily while on the trip of Searching for Angela Shelton. Many of those dreams have now become a reality. I encourage you to get this for therapists in your area, support groups, survivor networks and anyone who has been through sexual or domestic violence or works with survivors. It is already mandatory reading in classrooms across the country. What it has done has been amazing. Much like the documentary was, I think the book is something much bigger and far beyond “Angela Shelton.” It’s my service work to inspire survivors and those who support them. It’s an honor.
I’m working on new movies, a TV series and new products that I hope will make you laugh, inspire you and make you feel – well, all warm and fuzzy inside.
You can get the book and other items on the Ejunkie store. The products on there are part of the affiliate program too for those who want to spread the word and make a % of the sales. That’s always fun. I’m working on adding many more products on there that help you lead a fulfilled fun-filled life.
