Wow, look at you with Charlotte Kasl! Finding Joy sounds like such a great book, definitely going to have to pick it up... After I read Women, Sex and Addiction, of course; still have it on my desk, going to devour it right after I finish reading BITCHfest (which is a great book of articles from the 10 years of Bitch Magazine) What I especially liked about the video is that you both mentioned mistakes and I really identified with that because as you know about me already, I am a big workaholic and it definitely stems from trauma and not being able to do enough and even when other people tell me that I am doing a lot and that I am doing enough, I still can't feel that I am... That is definitely something that a lot of survivors can relate to and the 'so what?' sentiment Charlotte Kasl touched upon in the video is so important! Thank you.
