How to Use Holiday Leftovers

Living a full life is not only being stuffed to the gills from holiday meals.  Living fully is on all levels – here are 7 courses to fullness.

  1. Have your daily In\Out – (Base or Root Chakra)
    • Eat well, feed your body well
    • Eliminate well. That means all toxins, including toxic people or environments
    • It is okay and necessary to eliminate, otherwise you’re full of ____

In honor of having a good in and out, here’s a video blast from Stirring Up Trouble.  With all the leftovers from the holidays, you can make some yummy meals.  Here is one.  Try it and let me know.  You could use mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy and turkey  in this too.  It doesn’t have to be a leftover burrito.
