Practice Yoga and Don’t Pull Your Back Out!

Thought you might find this funny since this was one year ago and my back was tight and now one year later, my back is out out out. If I had listened to Kat I wouldn’t be in this situation!  Note to self: Practice Yoga and stretch. Interesting how they both happened while I was on the road talking about trauma. That’s my body saying noooo more trauma, I’m tired of trauma, I want some playtime and some joy!!

    I just started doing yoga. After years of saying “You know what? I want to start doing yoga” the boyfriend took the initiative and bought me a yoga mat and two beginner DVDs. I have done it once… I need to fix that.

    Yes, yoga is not as easy as it seem. I always have to concentrate on my posture, when i’m practising yoga.
