The Warrior Workbook based around my sword of trauma theory is now used in support groups, classrooms and therapist offices around the country. It can be used with younger people to talk about bullying or it can be used in colleges and classrooms to talk about sexual and domestic violence.

    i am in the process of reading your book" finding Angela Shelton"...and im sure u must hear this all the time..and probably don't pay much mind to it anymore..but your book is changing how i view my life..having dealt with some things that are and some things that are not in your book..open my eyes to ways on how to cope...how to press forward..im only 23 and i feel defeated most days..enough to not want to get out of bed..your book gives me hope
