Recently, when I was in Toronto for the Walk A Mile In Her Shoes Event I had such a bad asthma attack that I was rushed to the hospital. My inhalers were no longer working and I could not breathe. My Assistant, Ophelia, rushed me into the emergency room and the nurses hurried to set up a breathing machine as I signed a stack of papers waiving my rights to sue them if I died. As I sat there filling out contact information of who to call in case I did die, I thought of all of the people who had contacted me and I swore that if I survived that I would work on ridding myself of asthma completely. I am sick and tired of being sick and tired!
